Delivery Time

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Across Pakistan

We deliver to major cities and locations across Pakistan. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. Please provide a correct phone number and complete delivery address to avoid delays.

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided so you can follow the delivery status of your package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Luxe Grow will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
